What is the Stockton Blvd…

Located in the City of Sacramento, the partnership is a collaborative effort of property and business owners along Stockton Boulevard working to address issues impacting the business corridor. Specifically, our focus is on:

  • Security and Safety
  • Image and Maintenance
  • Advocacy and Economic Development

The Partnership includes all properties and businesses between 2700 Stockton Boulevard at 2nd Avenue on the north end and 6800 Stockton Boulevard (one parcel north of 65th Street) at the south end, and is funded by property  assessment approved by a majority of property owners on this section of Stockton Boulevard.


To advocate on behalf of property and business owners in matters of public policy and economic development; to implement programs that improve security, safety, cleanliness, and positively impact the public image of the Stockton Boulevard Business corridor.


The Stockton Boulevard Partnership (SBP) is a 501 (c) 6 business association governed by a twenty-one (15) member Board of Directors. The governing Board consists of property owners, business owners, community and government leaders.

Meeting Minutes

The Board of Directors holds a Full Board meeting at the Stockton Blvd Partnership Office located at 5657 Stockton Blvd, Sacramento 95824 on the second Thursday of the month at 9:00 am. Board Meetings are open to the public.

The Board of Directors has appointed an Executive Committee that meets after each Board meeting at 10:30 am at the Stockton Blvd Partnership Office, 5657 Stockton Blvd, Sacramento 95824.
